In this 5-week course, Kathleen will guide her students into the world of sketching nature. From close up views of flowers and leaves to trees and shrubs, this class is perfect for beginners or continuing students who want to grow in their sketchbook skills and learn how to apply color and life to your drawings. In this class you will learn simple watercolor techniques, how to work with pen and ink. Students will enjoy sketching from fresh flowers, leaves and branches in class and on sunny days, Kathleen will take her students out to sketch quick vistas of the color around town.
